I have bought quite a few things from this company and have always been satisfied. I have a 2007 Explorer XLT that likes attention. I recently purchased intake manifold gasket kit, freeze plugs and a knock sensor to fix a coolant leak in the valley of the V6 and wanted to have everything I was going need. After seeing the knock sensor I realized that there was no gasket or o ring. It’s unopened and still in the factory box. It’s the first thing I have ever needed to send back and it’s very simple. I would recommend this to anyone who have their own tools and enjoy working on their vehicles and want to save money.
