Question: Will this help my truck blower motor will not work on on low speed would this help thanks?David / Oct 06, 2020
Hi David, It can, but the resistor's main function is to control the blower motor's fan speed. I suggest asking your mechanic to check the blower motor itself before ordering.

Hi David, if the motor runs, it's probably okay and a new resister pack will cure the problem. But check the connections in the plug. I had one connector in the plug that was so bad I had to replace it. Make sure and use dielectric grease on the connections. Mark

Hi Robert, I'm glad to assist you. We suggest having the vehicle diagnosed by a mechanic for them to pinpoint what is causing the issue and advise you on what part you need to replace. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.

Question: Where is it located on truck?A Shopper / Dec 09, 2020
Hi, The blower motor resistor is located inside the dash, often on the opposite side of the steering wheel or inside the engine compartment on the firewall. A blower motor resistor or a blower motor control module is the part that controls the speed of the blower motor.
