Part works fine. Definitely a little hard to install due to its location not the part itself.

Question: This is the second time, in just a few months, that the Blower Motor Resistor has failed (only blows on high setting).  What other component could be causing the Resistor to fail?BAXTER C. / Feb 16, 2022
Hello! I would carefully inspect the wiring going to the resistor. It can often overheat and melt the insulation.
