Makes fan run too slowlyBlower Motor Resistor Intermotor Series

I got this and at first it looked like it would be an improvement on the filed resistor, but it did not take long to find out that with this resistor in place the fan's speed was reduced. In the summer, the air conditioning cannot cool the jeep and in the winter, the heater and defroster cannot supply enough to do their job. From the sound, it is clear that the fan is now running slower than it did before. Not sure what to do now, but driving in the cold is no fun and in the summer heat is impossible.

Not the right partBlower Motor Resistor Intermotor Series

I removed the blower motor resistor from my 2009 Jeep Liberty Sport and it looks nothing like this one. it is much thinner like an 05-06 Liberty. Tomorrow I am going to the dealership to find out what is going on and I will update this review. Maybe my Jeep is a "fluke".
