I installed this blower motor on my 1996 Audi A4 about 3 weeks ago. Has been working great ever since. My old motor started working intermittently then stopped totally.
There is a metal bracket in the way that has to be removed before you can take the existing blower out. There are 4 bolts that can be reached with a socket extension. Once the bracket is out of the way, 4 screws and a quick disconnect for the motor. Pops in and out easily.
Fairly simple DIY replacement. The part arrived on time and was exactly as advertised.
I now have cold A/C blowing in my car again!!

Shipped quickly and installed easily with 1 hang up. There is a plastic hood inside of the blower casing that was rubbing after install.
Simple fix of adding a washer to each screw as a spacer. Or if you have a dremel tool handy, you could cut down the plastic hood easily for a better fit.
