Parts arrived with no damage and were packaged securely. All hardware needed for install is included. Slide pins came greased but you might want to throw on some brake grease of your choosing along with greasing the pad shims where they contact the caliper bracket. All seals operated correctly and did not leak. I would buy this product again. Easy install for novice mechanic if you have jack, jack stands, basic hand tools, and can use YouTube.
