About half your company's parts fit my car properly. this cost me, at least, twelve hours work, 200 miles of driving to obtain the right parts from local shops and to ship yours back, plus about $200 additional for the parts that did fit. This kept my car out of service for two weeks. Customer service was not very responsive to providing shipping labels and RMAs, until I finally, on about the tenth call, got someone who gave a damn and knew what she was doing. This experience has led me to vow I will never shop for carparts online again.
