I can’t speak on the weight of these but if you mean Heavy Duty then these are the pads, rotors and calipers you need. I have installed many powerstop kits and finally put on my F250 that is used for towing 20k trailer. These are the greatest brakes ever. Vented and slotted keeps the brakes from fading from excessive heat. The pad material doesn’t cause excessive brake dust messing up your rims. You will notice a better braking feel.

Hi Tony, I haven't installed on my F-150, just waiting for warmer weather. Upon opening the boxes for inspection when they arrived, the rotors and calipers appear to be good quality. I have no doubt they will serve me well. I also ordered the pads, everything looks to be produced with quality control.

The calipers are larger and heavier. No fit issues though.
