Hi Landon, I am pleased to assist you. No, you cannot directly install a dual-piston rear caliper (like the PowerStop Z36 Kit KC2015-36) onto a 2001 Chevy Silverado Z71 that originally came with single-piston rear calipers — at least not without significant modification. Stick with a kit that matches your factory configuration (single-piston rear calipers) unless you are prepared to swap brackets, rotors, and possibly axle components.
