This kit fits vehicle application from 2007 to 2008 Acura TL 3.2Liter, with 4 piston aluminum front calipers or single piston type. Also, will fit a 2003 to 2011 Honda Element, all submodel and engine size fitment. Please click the link below for your reference from our manufacturer's online catalog. The brembo specs you are referring to is probably matching the 4 piston type of caliper design. Please check your owners manual for this or a trusted vehicle specific repair manual.
