I put these on my 2014 Silverado 4WD and the pedal is very firm now with great stopping power. The EBC kit came with lubricant for the pins and other hardware and were a perfect fit. Unlike ceramic pads the Aramid fiber pads do not make your pedal feel spongy and grab as soon as you push on the pedal. If you're looking for better performance these are it.

This is my third set of EBC rotors and pads that I have installed. I know EBC well from racing motorcycles and their products are high quality. This particular job was for a 2014 Suburban. I feel the stock brakes on these suck. First drive around the block these brakes bite right away and actually stop this big suv so much better. This set up will cost you a few hundred more than some cheap set, but you'll be much happier with these!
