I changed the brake pads myself along with all four wheel rotors...The red stuff brake pads work really well and no squeaking except for the right front tire a little squeaking during the brake in period.

Replaced front and rear pads on 2005 Acrura TSX and so far have been pleased. Pads seem to have more grip than original. (subjective based upon deacceration felt for same pedal effort on same roads) Pads are as quite as originals and produce about same amount of break dust. Breaking grip seems to improve a bit once some heat is developed in pads.
