The rear bumper cover was as described. The fit was excellent. Looks good on the vehicle. The only problem I had was it shipped folded in 2 places to fit in The box took a couple days sitting in the sun to get the binds out.

Yes, it can, but we don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.
