This rear bumper only comes in the standard textured black finish like the original ones installed on the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo models. Hi Alphonzo, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware or mounting clips. Unfortunately, we do not carry the mounting hardware for this bumper. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
