The first one sent to me was destroyed by the shipping company who delivered it. After contacting customer service of car parts dot com was told I had to file a complaint with the shipping company. This was uppsetting needless to say. After being told by the shipping company I had to wait ten days to file a claim or it would be rejected I was furiouse. I emaild carparts dot com and must have gotten the right one becase shortly after I recived an email stating my new part was already on the way. This time it showed up in good condition. So overall I am happy that they mad it right. Also it was a good clean part ready to bolt on.

The bumper cover came packed well, primed and taped off. I just took a can of duplicolor, and painted it myself. It fit well, no trouble. Was shipped in a timely manner.
