Headlight washer covers did not come with the bumper, but the tow hook cover did. Also bumper needed slight modifications to fit on the car.

Hi Marlon, I'm glad to help you out. This bumper is made of Polycarbonate plastic which is resistant to impact that it is often used for car bumpers and headlight lenses. I hope this helps.
