Not the best packaging. It wasn't enough support in the big box so the box was torn when delivered. But the bumper looks great. Not the exact coating as my civic but at least it has a bumper.

I was very concerned when they told me they fold the bumper skins for shipping. But I followed the unfolding directions and the bumper unfold with no damage. So I guess it works. Bumper fit well.

Hi-
Yes, it is. Folding bumper is a common practice in the industry. Web do this to reduce shipping cost and pass those savings to our customers. You will also receive it faster as it does not have to be shipped via freight. These bumper covers are made of shape memory plastic and will eventually go back to it's original shape after you put it under the sun for at least 2 hours. If there is no sun, you can apply heat on the affected area with a heat gun (just make sure not to over heat and melt the material).
