This OEM bumper is a direct fitment to my vehicle. Swapping and instillation was incredibly easy, I didn't need to take it to a shop. Came out the package completely intact and in perfect condition.

That is for a 2014. Carparts has a 2012-2013 bumper available.
FWIW, I bought a 2014 civic coupe rear bumper from Carparts, had it painted, and it fit OEM perfect. Very easy to swap out.
