The product came just like the picture and in good condition. I do wish it came with replacement screws because we had to reuse the previous ones but no big deal. Obviously a little pricey but this is the cheapest place and it is good quality!

Hi Chaz, I'm glad to help you out. Yes, there is. What is shown on the website is exactly what you'll be receiving. This is for the 2010-2011 Soul with a Type A bumper type. I suggest calling your Kia dealership with the VIN and ask them if this is the compatible bumper for your vehicle. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

Hi Mark, As per checking, this item does not come with installation/mounting hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
