Hi Eduardo, I'm glad to help out. As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. This fits 2002 to 2004 Toyota Camry SE, all engines for US Built Models. No, this item does not come with screws or clips. You will need to reuse the existing ones or purchase them separately.
