Hi Jared, sometimes they do come folded in half. All you have to do is get it out of the bag and set it in the sun for a little while and then it's ready to be installed. If you are going to paint it get a good etching primer or all the paint will peel off. Good luck!

Yes, it's a very pliable yet sturdy plastic. I find it to be actually more pliable and sturdy than the OEM Toyota bumper. It fits perfect on my 2007 Toyota Camry
