Hi Auomanu, The 2 part numbers you are referring to is C010332P and C010332PQ. The Q at the end of the part number stands for a CAPA certified part. The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and consistent quality of aftermarket automotive parts meeting or exceeding the OEM quality, CAPA certified (with a yellow sticker certification on the part). However, for the non CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs.
