It fit and has stud welds you cant tell in photos but they are there needed to go to auto parts store to get new nuts and clips

Perfect, it was just what I needed that I didn’t know I needed! Haha my sons 99 4Runner had front end damage when I bought it so I didn’t have a reference of all the parts I needed.
