My experience has been that it does not quite all snap in. The molded clips are to even with the edge of the trim piece and need to be at more of an upward angle to properly clip in place on the bumper molding. Eather glueing a penny or two, or some kind of wooden or metal spring dow pin on the outer side of each clip, should do it. Also, may have to loosen the plastic bumper housing to make it easier for clipping

It's pretty much self explanatory. It just snaps into place. I had to fight mine a bit, but it did fit properly. Careful though, it scratches pretty easy. Wear gloves
