My 1991 4Runner SR5 with your new (24-Jun-21) chrome front bumper, without bumper ends (Order Number: CPZ368518519), was parked at a Marina in Sausalito, California, 50 feet from the water, no waves, for 4 months while I was away. Your new bumper is covered with rust spots; the 31 year old OEM bumper ends are perfect. Why?
