The description stated the mounting hardware was not included. Not only did it have the mounts, but it had all hardware and a light kit. The only thing I had to do is grind a small amount from the mounts in order to level the bumper. Also the picture on the site does not match the actual bumper. It looks good on the truck, and my wife is very pleased to have her 'baby' back in one piece.
