The bumper fit my 1999 Chevy S10 small pickup great. Not too hard to
install was able to do most of the work myself, just needed second person to hold while first screws where inserted.

Bumper is thinner metal than OEM. Softer as well. Good if you have to tweak a wrecked car back to life but I wouldn’t recommend for a car worth more than 20k. The price is a bit high but if the Crome is good I am good with it.

Answered by Grace G. / Mon, Jan 03No it does not come with an insert. The insert has to be purchased separately. I will say this though. Be careful putting the uncertainty in. The nubs are weak and the holes on them do not always line up properly. Odd to say for something so simple but, have a second set of hands to help in th adjustments.
