Hi Miguel,
That is the holes for the impact strip or without. A rubber molding protecting the front portions of the bumper that go across on each side. You will need a molding to fit into the front bumper if you have the impact strip holes. If you do not have the molding on your front bumper, you will get the one with impact strip holes.
