Answered by Arnel E. / Thu, Jan 20I believe it will. They're pretty universal in design, the important part is the hardware it affixes to. It may be a good idea to purchase the clips and bolts with the bumper, unless you can reuse the original ones. I bought the lower valence with the bumper, once I had it put together, it was easy to put on, and looking great on my 2007 F150!

Answered by Johnson / Thu, Jan 20This fits 2006-2008 Ford F-150 with production date from August 9 2005. With that said I thought my 2006 F150 would fall in those dates, but I had to drill a few holes to mate the brackets to the bumper. Not a big issue at all though
