We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.

Hi Terry,
Do you man CAPA grade? The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and quality of automotive parts. However, for the non-CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs.

There isn't much difference. The caps are a little thicker quality if using for your personal vehicle I would recommend the caps. The caps are almost like dealer grade.
