Question: To my understanding there is a front and rear sensor , does this sensor apply for both ?Richard D. / Dec 25, 2022
Hi Richard, I'm glad to assist you. Your vehicle should be equipped with four different camshaft position sensors, one for each of the engine's camshafts. They are mounted in the front of the cylinder heads, near the camshaft actuators, across from each other. There would be specific trouble codes if those become bad.
