not a great fitCatalytic Converter, 3.8L, 6Cyl, Federal Epa Standard, 46-State Legal (Cannot Ship To Ca, Co, Ny Or Me), Direct Fit
2.0/5
I ordered this part for my 2000 Camaro 6 cyl, and after spending roughly a day removing the old part (including drilling out the corroded & broken bolts in the ehaust manifolds), I installed this part only to find that the exhaust manifold interface on the driver's side would not match up adequately. It was about 1 inch off, and I could not bend the pipe enough to get it to line up properly. The car has a massive exhaust leak here, and is not really drivable - except to get it to a shop to see if they can improve the fit. I don't understand why Chevrolet made the catalytic converter so difficult/expensive to replace on this car.
