this is the only after market cat convertor available anywhere for my 3.8 ltr pacifica.
My mechanic had doubts (he didn't know about it either), but agreed to install it anyway.
Installation was quick and easy and the car runs great.
The only concern the mechanic had was that the honeycomb volume was smaller that the dealer part and might clog up sooner, but it has a 5 yr warranty and installation was only $90. Since the Catco part was $400 less, I think it's a good trade off.
