Despite negative reviews from 12 years ago product is not yet fixed. NOT an exact fit. A mounting bracket and its clamp must be removed to install part. And mounting bracket is not in correct position for factory rubber hangers to be reused. Therefore clamps or wire need to be used to support unit. You would think that TWELVE YEARS WOULD BE ENOUGH TIME TO REVISE AND CORRECT THESE ISSUES. Guess not!!! I work for a MAJOR retail autoparts retailer. Now I know what to tell the customer that says "I can get it cheaper online".....

Hi Larry,
This part fits the 2002 Saturn SL2 Base 4 Cyl 1.9L with a manufacture date from 06/00 onwards, that has Federal type emission. Please check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker usually found underneath the hood of the car to make sure the catalytic converter matches the car's Emission label specifications.
