part match perfectly. They gave two gaskets, but one was a flush mount. My truck has two doughnut gaskets. The gasket only cost me $6.oo so overall the cost for parts was 85 dollars under autopart stores. Very happy.

Cheap decent fit OEM performance
Doesn't fit 100% out of the box upstream bolt holes manifold to cat weren't right size, had to chizzel them out larger. But it worked fine.
