Hi Jason, I'm glad to help you out. This is for 46 State Federal and can not be used in California. Based on the group of vehicles that this part fits, we do have a semi-universal 50 State (California) legal part. This is just the catalytic converter without the pipes and would require welding for attachment to the pipes. Please click on the link below to see the part and easily place your order.
