Is this guaranteed to direct fit my 2002 Lexus LS430, with no welding required? VIN # - JTHBN30F420068450. What is return policy?

Hi Derek,
This is a flange type catalytic converter and does not require welding. It fits Federal emission type 2002 Lexus LS430 8 Cyl 4.3L.
Some States now require the use of CARB-COMPLIANT AFTERMARKET CONVERTERS (in certain circumstances). It is important to know your State’s requirements to determine the correct converter for your application and location. EPA guidelines do not allow mismatching emission components. You may check the emission label sticker usually located underneath the hood for reference.
