Hi James,
The gasket is already included in the purchase. You can reuse the old bolts or we suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. it is also advisable to change the oxygen sensors since you'll be installing a new catalytic converter. Please check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker usually found underneath the hood of the vehicle to make sure the catalytic converter matches the car's Emission label specifications
