Hi Aaron, I'm glad to help you out. No. This part does not fit the 2009 GMC Yukon XL 1500 Denali 8 Cyl 6.2L. Check the "Vehicle Emission Control Information" sticker usually found underneath the hood to make sure the catalytic converter matches the emission of the vehicle label specifications. Federal emissions stickers will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations". California emissions vehicles state, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and State of California regulations".
