Hi,
We do not ship to a PO Box address as per Company policy. Our apologies. This is not allowed to be shipped to CA, NY, ME and CO which has a strict Emissions standards with 50 state legal type of catalytic converter matching emissions. This part can only be shipped or used to the rest of the other 46 states matching the EPA/Federal emissions standard policy.
