Hello Jessie, the section of the product information that you're looking at gives a general advisory depending on whether the part is direct-fit, semi-universal or universal. The more universal the more likely there will be required welding/more areas that will require welding. Looking at the picture I would guess this is a semi-universal assembly. The only required welding that I could see might be on the top right as seen in the picture (that would be welded to the exhaust pipe that leads to the muffler). Aside from that, I see that the assembly has ports for both Bank 1 and 2 O2 sensors for both sides of the engine beginning with oval flanges (seen far left of assembly, top and bottom). Depending on whether those flanges match up with the exhaust manifold of your engine will determine whether you can bolt the assembly to the manifold or if welding will be necessary. If bolting is possible don't forget to save the old gasket for reuse or buy a new one if it is broken/cracked. Hope this explanation is clear and helpful! Good luck on your project!

Honestly the one I purchased was different than the one in the picture and with mine I had to weld one side with the couple adaptor to fit it in place. I hope it helps.
