Catalytic replacement on 2006 GMC SierraCatalytic Converter, Federal Epa Standard, 46-State Legal (Cannot Ship To Ca, Co, Ny Or Me), Direct Fit

I was quoted the OEM replacement part for around $1200, this part was under $400. Glad I bought this part... not only was it cheaper, it came in two pieces. I am betting that the OEM part does not come in two pieces. Anyhow, I had to take my transmission bracket loose and drop the tranny about 4 " to get everything in and with a little convincing it fit perfectly. Cleared my codes and got it inspected, everything is great!
