We have a car originally made for a state that doesn't require emissions testing, and could not get it to pass inspection here until buying these converters. We declined to pay the outrageous locally quoted prices for the converters. Ordered these from <a href="http://CarParts.com," target="_blank">CarParts.com,</a> received them quickly, had them installed for a reasonable price, and the car passed inspection the next day.
