Ordered for my 2001 4Runner with california emissions (2 cats). The flange has a pipe in the middle that exceeds and inserts into an opening on the headers. I believe that this piping sticks out too long, and caused a pretty gnarly gap between the flanges (OEM cats has a flush seal). The predrilled holes on the new Cat flange did not fit the header studs and caused some issues. Had to extend/widen all holes for it to even allow the studs to insert. 1 Week later and it is still holding up well. Pretty happy with the outcome, and some modifications are expected as it is a 25+ year old car.

Hi Richard, I'm glad to assist you. No. It is not compatible. We do not carry a direct-fit catalytic converter for your vehicle. Still, you might need other parts such as a universal type of catalytic converter (which requires cutting and welding) or complete oxygen sensors for your truck.
