Hi Mitchell, I'm glad to assist you. Yes. It is a direct-fit part for your selected vehicle application. I see that you have ordered this already with two other direct-fit catalytic converters. The outlet is the clamp-on attachment, and the front is a 2-bolt welded flange. If you remove the old catalytic converter, you will see the correct position (orientation) of the catalytic converter.

Hello! The seal should be fine, just try and center the smaller flange on the larger flange for there are no steps to disturb the exhaust flow.

Hello! This catalytic converter should slip over the existing exhaust piece after you cut out the original catalytic converter. Is your exhaust original? I would cut a test piece slightly too long, and test fit. If it will not slip on, you can cut to the appropriate length and weld this catalytic converter straight to your original exhaust.
