good replacement fit but manifold flange holes had to be drilled out to 3/4 inch to fit around shoulders on studs . The stud shoulders wouldn't allow flanges to tighten up they just bottomed out on shoulders

It says so in the description their is a true fit or guarenteed fit on the websight that will tell you if it does truly fit. thats what i go by.
