I'm definitely giving this product 5 stars. I've been dealing with this engine light regarding the catalytic converter for about 2 years. Every mechanic or auto shop were giving me estimates in the thousands. I took it upon myself to do the research on how it's done & it sure paid off. I purchased this product from Car Parts, the shipping was quick & the product was compatible just as they said. I immediately made time to install the replacement & can guarantee that it's been great ever since. I'm grateful for car parts as well as the manufacturer for making this item affordable as well compatible. I can say that this situation has been an interesting experience that has me convinced that I can get any mechanical issues resolved without the extra expenses that mechanics tend to overwhelm us with. Hi Shane,
Vehicles carry different kinds of emissions but is generally classified into two: Federal and LEV (Low Emission Vehicle) or more commonly known as California emissions. This converter setup is specific for vehicle whose sticker say LEV/California. This is, however for those vehicles that are not registered in California, New York or Maine. There are a lot of vehicles with California emissions that are not actually in California. They just adopted the term because California was first in implementing this type of emission.
