Answered by Grace G. / Fri, Sep 16On the new converter where the oxygen sensor Inlet is I put that to the back and facing the driver side of jeep Cherokee, that’s approximately where the original was converter inlet was also if you lay the old converter beside the new one you will have to cut either the inlet or outlet off with a dremill tool with cut off wheels to match the length of original converter worth the effort for the price hope this helps
