Received this product yesterday, my mechanic installed it today. holes barely lined up. 2 heat shield holes were not there, other holes in the shield didn't line up had to bend shield to get part of them in. flange gasket was bent. used my old one over, also main gasket was cheap material, used my old one over. don't know how its going to perform yet. Also shield bolts were missing. sorry, just being truthful.

The unit is well build and very solid. However, I had to use a heavy duty drill to bore the bolt holes a bit wider because they did not align perfectly. Not a huge deal but you expect a replacement part to be an exact fit.
