Question: I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. I live in Georgia but the vehicle is originally from New York. So my question is, will these Catalytic Converters fit and pass emissions in Georgia?Kevin A. / Jan 17, 2025
Hi Kevin, I am pleased to assist you. Check the "Vehicle Emission Control Information" sticker, usually found underneath the hood. Federal emissions (48-state) stickers will simply say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations," whereas California-emissions (50-state, CARB) vehicles will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and the State of California regulations." Even if Georgia does not require CARB, the vehicle may require CARB converters. There are converters that are CARB and Federal EPA Standards. Take a screenshot of the emission sticker and call our parts specialists at 1-866-529-0412 (live agent assistance) during office hours for assistance in choosing the right part.
